I have been really busy so it has been a really long time since I have blogged. My AKC Australian Shepherd had 9 puppies and though it has been a lot of work, it has been very rewarding. With all of my other responsibilities and duties I have no time to spare but you find the time when it's something you love.
At 10 weeks to the day we sold the last two puppies of the litter to a gentleman who owns a ten acre ranch. I bet those puppies are having a blast! Anyway, between all the things I have in my life to keep me busy and the fact that I have fibromaligia, these puppies were a handful to say the least. My husband recently had back surgery and hasn't physically been able to help a lot himself. My 21 year old son has been so much help to us. He lives 150 miles south of us but he has spent more time up here with us helping us than he has spent at his own home. I can't tell you enough how much help he has been to us.
We appreciate the sacrifice he has made and the help he has given us. We know it has not been easy for him, we love and appreciate him so very much more than words can say.
This is so much fun!...and theraputic. I need to do this more often, actually I should do it on a regular basis.
Me :-)
